To make a reservation
• All prices on holiday apartments are available on www.globalcitybreak.co.uk
• If you have any doubts – please contact us by email or telephone.
• Please contact us by email or telephone if you want to know availability for an apartment in a given period. Our calendars are indicative.
• After you have accepted the price – then you will receive an email with details of the payment.
Payment of the reservation fee
• You can pay the reservation fee via a bank transfer or by credit card via PayPal.
• When we have registered the payment of the reservation fee – you will receive an email with all the necessary information regarding the holiday apartment within two business days.
• If you select a bank transfer to pay the reservation fee – please be aware of any fees from your bank. GlobalCityBreak is not liable for such fees.
• Payment of the reservation fee is done by credit card via PayPal.
• If you wish an invoice for the reservation fee – please tell us when you confirm the reservation.
• The reservation fee is 20 % of the total amount.
Arrival
• Upon arrival at the airport or 30 minutes before arrival at the holiday rental – please call the contact person and report your arrival.
• If you can’t get in contact with the contact person – please call us and we will help you.
• Please have the agreed balance ready on arrival. The amount has to be paid in cash.
• In some cases the contact person will bring a contract to be signed and the contract will be presented at the applicable local language.
Security deposit
• Security deposit has to be paid on arrival.
• The amount has to be paid in cash. The security deposit can vary from rental to rental and in some cases there will not be charge any security deposit.
• The security deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment, lost keys or other unexpected damages.
• In case of damages the owner decides the amount that has to be withdrawn from the security deposit.
• Upon departure the security deposit will be paid back as long as the holiday apartment is left in the same conditions as upon arrival.
Departure
• Departure time can vary and if nothing else is mentioned – check out time is at 12.00.
• If departure is before the agreed – please make an agreement by arrival with the contact person.
• Remember to deliver all keys back to on departure.
• The rental has to be left in tidy conditions. In some cases the cleaning will be included in the prices and other not, but always leave the apartment in same conditions as upon arrival.
General conditions
• It is not allowed to stay more persons in the rental as agreed.
• No damages to furniture or the rental.
• Absolutely no noise at the accommodation, balconies, terraces or staircases after 21.00.
• Please do not disturb the neighbors when opening or closing the doors to the entrance or rental.
• No parties or celebrations.
• We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities.
• The owner of the apartment has the right to ask the client to sign a contract on arrival.
• The owner reserves the right to change the rental with another of the same condition in case of repairs, water damage and other damage
• Global City Break SL does not cover in case of theft in the apartments.
• Global City Break SL is not responsible for extraneous noise such as road works, construction of new buildings and other nuisances caused by extraneous circumstances.
• The owner has the right to eviction without refund if these conditions are not met.
Cancelation policy
• When a reservation is cancelled due to causes that are attributable to the client, the amount paid as a reservation fee will not be refunded.
• GlobalCityBreak reserves the right to withdraw bids due to mistakes.
• If the booked apartment is not available due to circumstances beyond our control, our company will offer you accommodation with identical characteristics. If we are unable to offer alternative accommodation, the reservation will be cancelled, and a refund of your booking fee will be made.
