We make few demands on you as holiday rental owner:
• The holiday rental must be of high quality and good standard.
• We write our own text and make our own pictures.
• We want to visit this holiday rental, so we can provide our customers with the best information.
• GlobalCityBreak only creates contact between the owner and tenant, and therefore you must be responsible for check-in, cleaning etc.
• We don’t ask for exclusive rights - you can make your own reservations as well.
• GlobalCityBreak is demanding a commission for its reservations.
Our vision is not to offer many holiday apartments - but to offer holiday accommodation of high quality and therefore we choose only those holiday rentals we feel is right for our customers. GlobalCityBreak is in three different languages and our plan is more in the future.
